In general, a prescription is not needed for purchases out of pocket, however it might be fully covered through insurance depending on your policy. If you are looking to pay through insurance, you will need a prescription.

The quickest way for us to receive and start working on your order is:

Send an email, with a legible photo of a valid ID, and your insurance card, front and back. We abide by all applicable HIPPA laws to protect your information as is it were our own.

For the health and safety of our customers, we will not accept returns, exchanges, nor store credit, for the following items once they have left our store environment, regardless of whether the item was opened or used.

Bath and Hygiene: Bedpan, Sitz Bath Seats, Urinal & Commode, Enema

Personal Items: Compression Stockings/Socks, Breast Pumps, Diapers/Briefs

Wound & Injury: Syringes, Walking Boots, Heel Spacers, Wound care

For all other returns, the item must be unopened and presented with a valid receipt from the last 7 days.
